3 Write and Negotiate the Contract
I will prepare and negotiate a contract to purchase for you. I will use my training and experience in a variety of situations to get you the best possible price and terms.
4 Finance Your Purchase
We have log term relationships with several competent local lenders and if you want recommendations I will be glad to be a resource for you.

5 Handle the Details from Contract Through Closing
I will make sure your contract gets to your attorney for review.
I will recommend attorneys, building inspectors and tradespeople.
I will be in constant contact with you throughout the process to make sure all the details are handled.
I will accompany you on a final inspection prior to closing.
