I have worked extensively in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Weichert, Realtors Lakeshore Partners, I worked at RBC Mortgage as a junior mortgage consultant. I also have experience at Cushman and Wakefield as a member of their multifamily housing brokerage team and as a site analyst for American Storage Properties.
My experience with property management includes building maintenance and leasing of apartments in Evanston and Chicago. In 2006, I finished renovating a turn of the century home in southeast Evanston, and consequently have “hands-on” knowledge of building restoration.
I joined Weichert Realtors Lakeshore Partners in January of 2007 as a residential sales consultant. As the son of a real estate broker and general contractor, I was raised in a real estate oriented family. In 2007, I became a Realtor’ because I believed that my training, education, surroundings and personality provided the foundation for a successful career.
I was born and raised in Evanston where I attended Dewey and Nichols schools and graduated from Evanston Township High School in 1997. I received a B.A. from DePaul University with a double major in Finance and Marketing in 2003. In 2006, I relocated from Orlando, Florida where I attended business school and graduated with a M.B.A. from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
I currently live in Evanston with my wife, Tanya, and our three children; Preston, Emma and MacKenzie.
